ono today is thursday liao
that means hols are almost over.. and i haven even touched my homework yet :(
then tomoro i wont be free.. so that leaves saturday and sunday.
oh and of course tonight :)

therefore i shall start tonight by planning my homework time :D
right now im not sure wad homework there is for the hols..
i only know theres physics and theres econs...
i HOPE thats all..

anyways was looking at econs.. "explain the factors that determine the price of MacDonald's big breakfast set meal"
in case anyone's stuck and need some help.. i shall offer some opinions.

model answer:
there are several factors that affect the price of MacDonald's big breakfast set meal.
Number one: the greediness of the CEO (or whoever makes the big $$$)
Number two: the stupidness (oops i mean stupidity) of the consumers (cheem word sia..)

Because we must be practical when dealing with econs.. i know any econs teacher and textbooks (wow lagman and sloman!!) will tell you that we have to consider the supply and demand curve, the price of competitive goods and supplementary goods, the willingness and ability to pay, the this, the that, and the everything.

But i tell you thats total crap when it comes to macs.
any ri guy can tell you that.
just look at j8 macs
tmd when isit ever empty?? (besides times like 12am)
about never.
i mean.. even when its almost empty there will be pple like this guy affectionately known to ri guys as the bishan gay there :SS

otherwise its forever choke full of students from all over the place and throwing money at the macs counter to buy junk food.
(and preventing pple like ME who want to eat there also)

so therefore we can conclude that macs dont need to give a da bian about supply or demand.
coz no matter wad price they put, ppl like us will still buy.
seeing that our stupidness (oops stupidity) is rather confirmed.. everything depends on how much those big bosses at macs wanna earn, ceteris paribus (wheee another cheem word)

i was flipping thru my file just now.. then i saw physics tutorial 4..
happen to read question 2.. loved it.
its something like "a horse is urged to pull a wagon. the horse refuses to try, citing Newton's third law as his defense.................."

ok im too lazy to type the rest..
so anyway the question was "how would you reply"
there are several solutions to questions like this..

1. copy out word for word wad the lecture notes say
the teacher loves you and you get full marks.
bingo!
you die of brain overload

2. erm.. according to newton, the horse is wrong.
so tmd just pull the stupid wagon.

3. there is no try. there is only do -yoda
yup star wars rox :)

4. tmd just put a freaking gun to that dumb horse's head and threaten to shoot.
i mean.. mugger ppl are bad enough.. mugger HORSES??? omg
*loads gun*

5. ASSUME that you are in a dream. and you are dreaming that your horse to talking to you.
maybe you read too much enid blyton :))
just lie down on the wagon and see if you might wake up.

6. roll your eyes skywards and tell yourself that the chances of exams coming up with questions on talking horses are about as high as say.. your parents buying you an xbox 360 tomoro coz erm.. you are in rj and under tremendous pressure and you need to play more and study less :)
so say goodbye farewell good riddance to this question and move on.

(o tmd btw if you really got an xbox 360 then you tmd better do this question properly :SS)
